 Online applications are hereby invited from the permanent residents of Assam Qualified in Assam TET / BTC TET conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam for filling up of 427 nos. of vacancies of Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Hindi Teacher of UP Schools under the Director of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar.

District Wise Vacancy:

Eligibility Criteria of BTC LP UP TET Teacher Recruitment 2021:

LP Schools : 

1. Assistant Teacher for Lower Primary school

(a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Or

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at  least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

Or

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

Or

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education(Special Education).

And

(b) Passed in Assam / BTC TET for LPS,conducted by the Elementary Education,Department, Assam.

Scale of Pay : Pay Band- (PB-2) Rs.14,000/- to 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible as per " The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment Rules, 2019)

 

UP SCHOOLS:

1. Assistant Teacher (UPS)

Assistant Teacher Graduate from UGC recognized University and (UPS) 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam / BTC TET for UPS Conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

 

2. Science Teacher (UPS)

B.Sc. from the UGC recognized University and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education) and passed in Assam / BTC TET for UPS (Science and Mathematics) conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

 

3. Hindi Teacher (UPS) 

Graduate from UGC recognized University having Provin/ Ratna in Hindi with 50% marks with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed.(Special Education) and passed in Assam / BTC TET for UPS Conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

 

Scale of Pay: Band- (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/- to 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible as per "The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment Rules, 2019)

 

Age limit : A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for Ex-servicemen, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PWD), on 1st January/2020 as per Govt. Office.

 

The regular teacher working in LP School are not allowed to apply in any posts in LP Schools and regular teachers working in UP Schools are not allowed to apply in any posts in UP Schools. However, only regular LP teachers if otherwise eligible may apply in UP Schools through proper channel.

A candidate can apply one post in one district. Not following this criterion will lead to cancellation of candidature forthwith.

 

Documents required to be uploaded in colour :

1. Passport size colour photograph.

2. HSSLC Mark sheet and admit card (Age proof).

3. Degree Mark-sheet and certificate.

4. D.El.Ed./B.Ed Marksheet (15 year & 2nd year) and certificate.

5. Cast certificate (in case of SC/ST(P)/ST(H)//OBC/MOBC)

6. Certificate NCC(only B or C category only), Sports & cultural (if represented state at National Level)

7. Certificate and Marksheet of Assam TET/BTC TET.

8. BTC Residential Certificate from the concerned authority.

9. Teaching experience certificate as per Column Sl.No. 5 of Selection Process (Both A & B) alongwith countersignature of concerned BEEO / D.I.s.

10. Scanned Signature.

Important Notes:

• (i) Date of interview will be published later on.
• (ii) Candidate belonging to BTR shall be given 1st preference.
• (iii) Incomplete / defective / invalid application will be summarily rejected.
• (iv) Selection of the candidate shall be strictly in order of merit.
• (V) The eligible candidates shall apply online in the official website of DE, BTC i.e. www.debtc.in  from Midnight of 29-07-2021 to Midnight of 12-08-2021. No offline application will be accepted in this regard.
