Applications in Prescribed Formats are welcomed by State Child Protection Society, Assam for the recruitment of following mentioned Vacancies in Child Welfare Committees (CWC) & Juvenile Justice Boards (JJB) in different districts from the individual candidates who are inhabitants of Assam, India
1. Name of Post: Chairperson
No. of Posts: 29 (CWC)
2. Name of Post: Members
No. of Posts: 118 (CWC) + 60 (JJB) = 178
Education Qualification
Preferably Post Graduate in Social work, Education, Psychology, Psychiatry, Human Development, Law or retired Judicial officer.
A retired college teacher, doctor, or a social worker who had been involved in work concerning Children will be preferred
Experience: At least 7 (seven) years experience of working with Children in the field of Education, Health, Child Welfare activities or development activities or Child Protection activities.
Age Limit: 35 to 65 years of age on 01/04/2021.
Salary: The Social Workers / Members (JJB / CWC) shall be paid Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred) only per sitting (minimum 6 hours) as travel, sitting & conveyance allowance as per ICPS guideline.
