1. Circle Defence Banking Advisor

Place of posting: Hyderabad
Age Limit: 60 years as of 31.05.2021.
Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must be a retired Major General or Brigadier from Indian Army, or from comparable ranks from the Indian Navy or Air Force
2. Assistant Manager (Marketing & Communication)
No of posts: 4 [GEN:3, OBC:1]
Place of posting: Mumbai
Age Limit: 30 years as on 01.04.2021
Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA (Marketing)/Full-time PGDM or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE /UGC with Minimum marks- 60% Courses completed through correspondence/ part-time will not be eligible.
Experience: Minimum 3 years, post-basic qualification experience (as of 01.04.2021) in the field of marketing financial products in a Financial Institution/ Company.
3. Assistant Manager- Engineer (Civil)
No of posts: 36 [GEN:17, OBC:9, SC:5, ST:2, EWS:3]
Place of posting: Anywhere in India
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01.04.2021
Educational Qualification: A Bachelors’ degree/a post-graduation (Master’s degree) in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
4. Assistant Manager- Engineer (Electrical)
No of posts: 10 [GEN:6, OBC:2, SC:1, EWS:1]
Place of posting: Anywhere in India
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01.04.2021
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree/a post-graduation (Master’s degree) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
5. Deputy Manager (Agri Spl)
No of posts: 10 [UR:5, EWS:1, OBC:2, SC:2, ST:0]
Place of posting: Corporate Centre or any other place as decided by the Bank
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as on 01.07.2021.
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in Rural Management or MBA/PGDM in Agri-Business / Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management/ Postgraduate in Agriculture as a full-time course from a recognized Institute/ University.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Post Qualification experience in Agri-Business of Public Sector Banks/ Private Sector Banks/ NBFC, in the capacity of Executive/ Supervisory role, as of 01.07.2021. Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
6. Relationship Manager (OMP)
No of posts: 6 [UR:5, OBC:1]
Place of posting: Mumbai or any other place
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as on 01.07.2021.
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech along with MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree (as full-time course) with specialization in Marketing The institute should be recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience as of 01.07.2021.
Out of 5 Years, 4 years of experience after completion of MBA degree should be in Supervisory/ Executive role in the field of Marketing, Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building, Business Development in the organization of repute in the BFSI, Automobile, FMCG Sector or any consumer-facing company.
While counting for the post-qualification experience of 4 years, the period spent in training or teaching experience will not be considered.
Experience in e-Commerce related areas will be preferred.
7. Product Manager (OMP)
No of posts: 2 [UR:1, SC:1]
Place of posting: Mumbai or any other place
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years as on 01.07.2021
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics & Communication along with MBA/ PGDM or equivalent degree (as full-time course). The institute should be recognised/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE Certification will add value: Certified Scrum Product owner (CSPO)/ Product Manager/ Product Owner.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience as of 01.07.2021.
Out of 5 Years, 4 years of experience after completion of MBA degree should be in role Product Manager and having experience with eCommerce/ Banking industry/ Fintech Company/ Information Technology or consumer-facing company.
While counting for the post-qualification experience of 4 years, the period spent in training or teaching experience will not be considered.
Experience in e-Commerce related areas will be preferred.
