Army Institute of Nursing, Guwahati,established in 2006 under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), New Delhi (affiliated to  Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Science, Assam), invites applications for the following posts on contractual basis.


1. Assistant Professor, Community Health Nursing  (01): Candidates shou

ld h

ave passed M.Sc. Nursing in Community Health Nursing specialtywith Three years teaching experience after M.Sc. Nursing.

2. Assistant Professor, Child Health Nursing  (01): Candidates should have passed M.Sc. Nursing in Child Health Nursing specialty with Three years teaching experience after M.Sc. Nursing.

3. Tutor (05) : Candidates should have passed M.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing with 1year experience.

4. Accountant  (01) :           Candidates should have passed BCom/ MCom from any recognized University with minimum Five years of relevant experience. For Ex- Servicemen Fifteen years  of service as a clerk  having good knowledge in accounts matters.

5. SKT (01) :             Candidates should have passed Class XII.  Ex- Servicemen clerk having good knowledge in store matters. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.

How to apply: Candidates are instructed to  download application form from the Institute website (attached hereunder) and submit duly filled application form along with photocopies of certificates in sealed envelope, through registered/speed post/ by hand, to Army Institute of Nursing, C/o 151 Base Hospital, Basistha Temple Road, Basistha, Guwahati - 781029, Assam by 30 Sep 2021. Short listed candidates will be informed the date of interview via email/ telephonically.
