The Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax invites applications for the recruitment of meritorious sports persons in certain games/ sports against Income Tax Sports Quota Recruitment 2021.  Eligible candidates may Apply for 28 Inspector of Income Tax, Tax Assistant Vacancies.

1. Name of the Post:  Inspector of Income Tax

No of posts: 03

Age limit: 18- 30 years as of 01.08.2021. The upper age limit is relaxed up to a maximum of 5 years for Unreserved/OBC candidates, 10 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.

Salary: Pay level-7 Rs. 44900 to Rs 142400/-

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.

 

2. Name of the Post: Tax Assistant

No of posts: 13

Age limit: 18- 27 years as of 01.08.2021. The upper age limit is relaxed up to a maximum of 5 years for Unreserved/OBC candidates, 10 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.

Salary: Pay level-4 Rs. 25500 to Rs 81100/-

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and Data Entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.

 

3. Name of the Post:  Multi-Tasking Staff

No of posts: 12

Age limit: 18- 25 years as of 01.08.2021. The upper age limit is relaxed up to a maximum of 5 years for Unreserved/OBC candidates, 10 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.

Salary: Pay level-1 Rs. 18000 to Rs 56900/-

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University/ Board.

 

Sports Eligibility for Income Tax Sports Quota Recruitment 2021

• Appointments will be made of sportspersons considered meritorious with reference to the following criteria:
• Sportsmen who have represented a State or the country in the National or International competition in any of the games/sports.
• Sportsmen who have represented their University in the InterUniversity Tournaments conducted by the Inter-University Sports Boards in any of the sports/games.
• Sportsmen who have represented the State School Teams in the National Sports/Games for schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in any of the games/sports.
• Sportsmen who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.

How to apply for Income Tax Department Recruitment 2021

Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format addressed to Income Tax Officer (Hq) (Admin). O/o Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, UP (East), Asyakar Bhawan, 5-Ashok Marg, Lucknow-226001 by Registered post only on or before 30.09.2021.

The applicant shall enclose attested copies of the following certificates:

1. Matriculation SSC or equivalent certificate for proof of age.

2. Certificates of Educational qualification.

3. Sports/ games certificates.

4. SC/ST/OBC caste certificate.

5. Copy of Aadhaar Card.

For candidates domiciled in the North Eastern States, Andaman Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala the last date of receiving of application is 08.10.2021.
